Apple Pressing Service

If you have an abundance of apples from your own trees, we can turn them into fresh, delicious apple juice for you to enjoy.

How it works

• Drop your apples off with us (by appointment). I’m based in Ducklington, near Witney.
• I’ll wash, prepare and press them into fresh juice.
• Your juice will be ready for collection later the same day.
• If needed, we can arrange collection of your apples and delivery of your finished juice for an additional fee, depending on your location.

Pricing 

£40 processing fee per batch. This covers washing, sorting, preparation, pressing, bottling (into your own containers if supplied) and thorough cleaning of all equipment.

£3.30 per litre of juice produced.

This means you only pay for the amount of juice your apples produce, with a minimum processing charge of £40.

Apple Quality 

To produce the best tasting juice, please only bring ripe, sound apples. We can use apples with minor blemishes or bruises, but any fruit that is rotten, mouldy or heavily damaged will need to be discarded before pressing to maintain the quality and safety of the juice.

Bottles

• You’re welcome to provide your own clean, food-safe bottles or containers for us to fill.
• Alternatively, we can supply bottles for additional charge.
• We can also create bespoke B&W labels if you’d like to personalise your juice - this service is FOC.

Shelf Life

Our juice is fresh and unpasteurised, with a small amount of lemon juice added to provide vitamin C to help maintain freshness.

• Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
• The juice freezes really well in plastic bottles or containers and can be stored frozen for up to 12 months.
